What is your primary product or service?
Facilities Electro-Mechanical Services, repair, sales, maintenance of standby electric generators, electric motors, electric hoists, and electric pumps. We are not Electricians but work closely with them. Scheduled maintenance, load testing on generators and hoists, installations using outside electricians, complete rewinding & repair incld machining.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Grew up in it, 3rd generation. Like all aspects of the Facilities Electro-Mechanical field. Enjoy living in New England! Graduated from New England schools right through college. Have lived through & survived the evolution of economic base needed to stay in business in this region.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Complete Facilities Electro-Mechanical Services by well trained highly motivated service technicians and outstanding support staff that can completely rebuild a generator including rewinding the genset stator! Overhead hoist repair service & OSHA inspections, load testing service of generators, AC or DC electric motor repairs incld. machining, owner operated. Our customers include home owners, retail business, municipalities, public safety, industry, manufacturing, hospitals, universities, anyone that needs electric power to live their lives!!
