How long have you been in business?
30 years, we were established in 1985.
What is your primary product or service?
We deliver Telecom Solutions. We offer cabling and wiring (Structured and Fiber Optic Cabling, a wide selection of office phone systems (VOIP, Digital and Nortel service) and competitive broadband from over 120+ internet/voice/cloud providers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Every business needs to communicate to its customers and employees. They need their phones to work and they want them to work at a price they can afford.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a one-stop shop for new offices. We do the cabling and wiring, we set up the phones and we give them broadband from Comcast, VZ, Charter, Lightower and others. All our employees and CORI background tested. we work around children and elderly in particular in hospitals. We have years of experieance in municipal local towns.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one office central to our customers in MA, RI, CT, NH.
