I have nearly 10 years in the hot tub and spa repair and maintenance business.
What is your primary product or service?
I repair and service all brands of hot tubs, even high-end brands like Thermospa, Caldera, Hot Springs and Stellar.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began working for Thermospa as a factory technician for their service division which serviced Thermo Spas and all other brands.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My quality of workmanship is top notch and my rates can't be beat. Even if you have a partial factory warranty I can service your hot tub.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards through PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
I'm wherever you are! My mobile service makes house calls throughout Central New England, including all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, southern NH and VT and northeastern CT.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Owner and expert spa technician, Mike, performs all company operations and repairs.
What are your hours of operation?
Spa Tech is available weekdays with morning, mid-day and afternoon appointments.
