We bought this business in September 2001.
What is your primary product or service?
Personalized stationery; wedding invitations, bar/bat mitzvah invitations, party invitations, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked in corporate America for over 25 years in both supervisory and managerial positions and then decided I wanted something fun! No one is ever sad or unhappy when they visit us! Always happy occasions!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our total flexibility and dedication to our clients - we treat them like family and handle their invitations as if they were our own!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 and no!
Provide detailed directions to your location
We work by appointment so everyone has their own time and private space, not that we don't every so often just have someone show up! If it's possible we always welcome them in! But to answer the questions, we are in Shrewsbury, right over the Northborough line, about 3 minutes off of Rt. 20.
What type of payments do you accept?
We prefer checks but accept MC, Visa and cash!
Which areas do you service?
Anyone that wants to drive to us, or order online! We are in Worcester County and also still service Middlesex County
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My sister and I own the business and I run the day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
By appointment, 7 days a week
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We've gotten so many but I just love hearing they feel like family, without the smothering!!
