When I began as a computer consultant I was running into too many small companies that had been living with inadequate computer systems for a long time. When asked, I found they were turned off by the high hourly rates of computer support people and more importantly, the unpredictable nature of IT costs.
I started Enfold IT in 2006 with this in mind: Give them everything they need, make their problems OUR problems, don't nickle and dime, and charge a fair, flat rate. Our clients like not having to worry about the cost of computer services: It's static, budgeted, and far less than hiring a part time employee or consultant.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and dispatch across the US.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Check, Cash, PayPal and Credit Cards.
Which areas do you service?
We service across the US, remotely and with scheduled visits. Our rapid response area are Central/Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
