Real Estate Buyer, Seller and Investor Representation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a Retired Commissioned Officer of the U.S. Public Health Service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 3% of all REALTORS (r) nationwide (1.3 million) hold this designation. I am also a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) that is considered the graduate school for REALTORS. I hold a total of 13 national designations and certifications allowing me to serve my clients as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sale Certified, Military Relocation Professional and others. Lastly, I am a MA certified Real Estate Instructor.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My primary office is located at 29 East Mountain Street in Worcester. However, our company has over 15 offices and 300+ agents all working to assist our clients with their real estate needs.

Our office is located off Route 190 and next to the AAA office in Worcester on East Mountain Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
Most buyers require a personal check for the deposit if they are purchasing a home. Sellers do not pay anything up front but negotiate a commission to be paid to the brokerage when the home is sold.

Worcester County and Northern Connecticut.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bruce Taylor is the Broker/Owner of ERA Key Realty Services.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open and staffed every day from 9-5. However, most buyers, sellers and investors are encouraged to make an appointment so we can meet at a mutually convenient time.
