Independent Claims Service, Inc. (ICS) was established during 1993, and prior to that for approximately eleven years was part of John J. Pollard Adjustment Service of Fitchburg, MA. ICS is a fully-staffed, service-oriented, multiple line adjusting company. Our main office is located at 22 Water Street, Westborough, MA, with branch offices in Northwest Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. All offices are centrally located with easy access and capability to service southern New England area. We service all of Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, as well as mid to southern New Hampshire and Vermont and very southern Maine.
