How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Family member began to have hair loss. With a background in surgery as an MD, I investigated and trained in surgical techniques of hair transplants. The business evolved as others became interested and became my patients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have continued to train and improve my technical and artistry skills to achieve the fullest, most natural look for my patients. In addition, I have developed techniques to perform Total Crown Renewal and am the only doctor in USA to perform this unique procedure to achieve a full head of hair in 1/3 the time of traditional procedures.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 4 surgical locations: Worcester, Ma; Warwick Rhode Island, Rocky Hill, Connecticut; and Mahattan, New York.
