We have been in business 32 years.
What is your primary product or service?
HR Consulting and Support and Business Consulting Services for small businesses. We work with Small Business Owners and help them solve problems that keep them up at night. Our belief is that small business and the small business owner is largely under-served and overlooked. We believe that the small business deserves TOP TIER services with tremendous VALUE that the bigger companies can afford....at a small business price tag.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for a couple of search/staffing firms. I fell in love with the industry.I loved working with so many varied industries and helping both sides, the client company seeking a specific fit for a key position and the job candidates, looking for a great career opportunity. I loved making the match with the company and the candidates. I also loved being in the HR world. As we grew, we needed to be in compliance at every stage of growth. Our clients liked what we did in handling HR challenges with our field employees and so we offered our HR consulting services to our clients out of their need for outsourced HR support, especially in the small business environment. After 32 years as a small business owner myself, I identify with and understand the challenges that are within this realm. I love helping the small business owner when they offload projects that they need help with. The projects range from recruiting, assessments, team building, employee handbooks, job descriptions, all kinds of compliance, outplacement services for key employees who are displaced, employment branding, website upgrades, HR due diligence for mergers & acquisitions and so much more!

As an experienced small business owner practicing a conscious business model with a 32 year track record of success, I have started two successful business operations , know what it takes to accomplish that and have helped many small businesses with solutions for their challenges. These things alone differentiates us from many in our industry. Being a small business owner with 1. for profit start up & management 2. nonprofit start up & management and an HR background as an Owner of a staffing business , my experience provides a wide base of experience to put to work for the small business organization.
Add to that, our team of professionals in HR/Recruiting /Benefits/Banking/Financial Management//Marketing/Sales/Operations/Outplacement and affiliated areas who support our clients makes for a consultative team approach that differentiates us as well. We have worked in start up mode up mode through building multi-million dollar business and facing all of the challenges along the way, that it entails.

We typically have one location with a team that is largely off site in varied locations across MA. It is a model that works well as we serve largely MA and with some outreach into the NE region.

We serve the MA area. We work largely in Worcester County including Central MA, Worcester and Western MA areas. In addition, we work in MetroWest and Boston areas as well. We have expanded into the NE Region, providing support to companies there as well..
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

What are your hours of operation?
Our official hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Having said that I would add that working with small business owners often requires additional hours, as they do not work 9 to 5 and we do support them on an as needed basis.
