What is your primary product or service?
We provide design services for companies that do data processing as a primary business. This includes payroll, printing, accounting, and most other database-backed processes. We also service, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain these systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I found that computers were being underutilized in small businesses for dealing with the day-to-day work and found myself creating very small systems that greatly increased the productivity of businesses. Little things like streamlining internal forms processing or having automated systems handle the "grunt" work of getting data to and from clients can really free up a lot of time for the people that work there and let them concentrate on what they'd actually like to be doing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're more interested in the big-picture view. When we serve our clients, I don't want a tech to just fix the problem. I want to find the source of the issue, the solution to that, and how it fits in with the organization's plans.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and dispatch across the US.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Check, Cash, PayPal and Credit Cards.
Which areas do you service?
We service across the US, remotely and with scheduled visits. Our rapid response area are Central/Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
